إن علّقت على منشور أو أرسلت رسالة خاصة إلى حساب يستخدم «أوتوريبلاي برو»، يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت ودون إبداء سبب. هذه الصفحة تشرح كيف، وتشرح أيضاً ما لا يستطيع الحذف الوصول إليه — لأن نصف الحقيقة هنا لا يفيدك.

تفاصيل ما يُجمَع ومدة الاحتفاظ به في سياسة الخصوصية. وإن كنت صاحب حساب، فالقسم 6 يشرح إزالة حساب تيك توك أو قناة يوتيوب ربطتها، والقسم 7 يشرح بيانات «استوديو الكاروسيل».

1. ما هو المخزَّن عنك

  • إن علّقت: اسم المستخدم الظاهر على إنستجرام (أو الاسم المعروض على فيسبوك)، ومعرّف التعليق، ومعرّف المنشور، ووقت التفاعل، وحالة الإرسال. ولا يُحفَظ نصّ تعليقك في سجلّ النشاط؛ يبقى في طابور المعالجة، ويُحذف بعد 7 أيام من معالجته، أو يبقى إلى أن يُحذف يدوياً إن فشلت معالجته.
  • إن أرسلت رسالة خاصة: نصّ رسائلك كما كتبتها، ونصّ الردود التي أُرسلت إليك، ومعرّف حسابك عند ميتا، والحدث الأصلي كما ورد من ميتا حرفياً — وهو نسخة ثانية من نصّ رسالتك.
  • إن ربطتَ حساباً على تيك توك (لأصحاب الحسابات فقط): معرّف الحساب open_id والاسم المعروض ورابط الصورة الرمزية، ورمزا الوصول والتحديث مشفّرَين، والفيديوهات والصور التي جدولتها مع أوصافها وإعدادات نشرها، وحالة نشرها. القسم 6 يشرح كيف تُزيلها.
  • إن استخدمت «استوديو الكاروسيل» (لأصحاب الحسابات فقط): دروس دورتك كما وجدها الاستوديو وملاحظاتها، واللقطات المختارة منها مع صورها المصغّرة، ومسودّات الكاروسيل وشرائحها المُصمَّمة. القسم 7 يشرح ما يُحذف منها ومتى.

2. كيف تطلب الحذف

  1. اختر أي طريق من الثلاثة: راسلنا على elamirmansour@outlook.com؛ أو ردّ على الحساب نفسه الذي راسلك على إنستجرام أو فيسبوك واطلب حذف بياناتك؛ أو افتح موضوعاً على متتبّع المشكلات العلني للمشروع.
  2. اذكر اسم المستخدم الذي علّقت أو راسلت منه. هو المفتاح الوحيد الذي يُعرَف به ما هو لك؛ فبدونه لا يمكن تمييز بياناتك عن بيانات غيرك.
  3. ستصلك رسالة تأكيد، ويُحذف كل ما يتعلّق بك في غضون 30 يوماً من وصول الطلب.

متتبّع المشكلات علني ويقرأه أي شخص. لا تكتب فيه شيئاً لا تريده منشوراً. إن كان طلبك يتضمّن معلومات شخصية، فالبريد الإلكتروني أو الردّ على الحساب مباشرةً هو الطريق الأنسب.

لا توجد صفحة أو زرّ يقوم بالحذف تلقائياً: الطلب يُنفَّذ يدوياً على قاعدة البيانات. هذا يعني أنه يعتمد على إنسان، ولذلك يُفضَّل أن تحصل على تأكيد بالتنفيذ ولا تفترضه.

3. ما يُحذف دون أن تطلب

  • الحدث الأصلي الوارد من ميتا — وهو النسخة الثانية من نصّ رسالتك — يُمحى بعد أن يتجاوز عمره 30 يوماً، عبر عملية تنظيف تعمل مرة واحدة يومياً.
  • صفوف طابور المعالجة التي تمّت بنجاح — وفيها نسخة ثالثة من الحدث نفسه — تُحذف بعد 7 أيام. أمّا الصفوف التي فشلت فتبقى بلا حدّ زمني، لأنها ما يُفحَص لمعرفة سبب الفشل.
  • سجلّ «رسالة آلية واحدة في اليوم» — معرّف حسابك ووقت الإرسال — يُحذف بعد 48 ساعة.

4. ما يبقى إلى أن تطلب حذفه

نصوص رسائلك الخاصة، ومحادثتك، وسجلّ تفاعلك مع التعليقات، تبقى بلا مدة انتهاء تلقائية. السبب أنها هي ما يقرأه صاحب الحساب في صندوق رسائله — حذفها تلقائياً كان سيمحو المحادثة من الجهتين. لذلك إن أردت إزالتها، فالطلب في القسم 2 هو الطريق الوحيد.

5. ما لا يستطيع الحذف الوصول إليه

حذف بياناتنا لا يعني حذفها من كل مكان. هذه هي الحدود الحقيقية:

  • ميتا (إنستجرام وفيسبوك): تعليقك ورسالتك موجودان أصلاً على إنستجرام أو فيسبوك، وهذه نسخة ميتا لا نملكها ولا نتحكّم بها. لحذفها، احذف التعليق أو المحادثة من حسابك، أو استخدم إعدادات حسابك في ميتا.
  • جوجل: لتوليد الردّ الآلي، أُرسل نصّ رسالتك إلى واجهة Gemini API. نسخة جوجل تخضع لشروط جوجل وسياسة خصوصيتها، ولا نستطيع حذفها نيابةً عنك. (لا يُرسَل اسمك ولا معرّف حسابك إلى جوجل — النصوص فقط.)
  • سجلّات التشغيل: تحتوي سجلّات المنصّة المستضيفة على أسماء المستخدمين ومعرّفات ميتا (لا على نصوص الرسائل)، وتخضع لمدة الاحتفاظ التي تحدّدها المنصّة، لا نحن.
  • النسخ الاحتياطية: قد تبقى بياناتك في نسخة احتياطية لقاعدة البيانات بعد حذفها من قاعدة البيانات نفسها، إلى أن تنتهي دورة تلك النسخة عند مزوّد الاستضافة.

6. إزالة بيانات تيك توك أو يوتيوب

هذا القسم لأصحاب الحسابات الذين ربطوا حساباً على تيك توك. وعلى خلاف الطلبات في القسم 2، الحذف هنا تلقائي: يكفي أيٌّ من الطريقين أدناه وحده، ولا يحتاج أيٌّ منهما إلى تنفيذ يدوي.

  • افصل تيك توك من الإعدادات. افتح الإعدادات في لوحة التحكم وافصل تيك توك. يطلب التطبيق من تيك توك إلغاء رمزه، فيُسحَب الوصول من جهة تيك توك أيضاً، ثم يحذف الاتصال المخزَّن سواء أجاب تيك توك أم لا: معرّف open_id، والاسم المعروض، ورابط الصورة الرمزية، ورمزي الوصول والتحديث المشفّرين.
  • أو أزِل التطبيق من تيك توك نفسه. في تطبيق تيك توك، أزِل هذا التطبيق من «إدارة أذونات التطبيقات» (Manage app permissions). عندها يُبلغنا تيك توك — عبر إشعار authorization.removed — ويُطلِق ذلك الحذف نفسه للاتصال المخزَّن.

بعد الفصل لا يُنشَر على ذلك الحساب في تيك توك ولا يُرسَل إليه أي شيء آخر. وتبقى المنشورات التي جدولتها في لوحة التحكم فيها إلى أن تحذفها، كمنشورات إنستجرام وفيسبوك. وحذف المنشور يحذفه هو، لا الفيديو أو الصور التي استخدمها: تبقى هذه الملفات محفوظة لدى الأداة إلى أن يُحذف الحساب نفسه (القسم 7)، ما لم يزلها قبل ذلك تنظيف اختياري للملفات القديمة غير المستخدمة إن فعّله المُشغّل.

أمّا ما لا يصل إليه الحذف: ما نشرته من قبل موجود على ملفك في تيك توك، وما أُرسل إلى مسودّاتك موجود في صندوق الوارد لديك، وهذه نسخة تيك توك؛ احذفها من تيك توك نفسه. وما يحتفظ به تيك توك من سجلّات يخضع لسياسة خصوصية تيك توك. ويبقى في سجلّ التدقيق لدى الأداة قيدٌ لكل مرة رُبط فيها تيك توك، فيه الاسم المعروض للحساب والصلاحيات الممنوحة، ولا تحذف الأداة من هذا السجلّ شيئاً.

يوتيوب

  • افصل يوتيوب من الإعدادات. افتح الإعدادات في لوحة التحكم وافصل يوتيوب. يطلب التطبيق من جوجل إلغاء رمزه، فيُسحَب الوصول من جهة جوجل أيضاً، ثم يحذف الاتصال المخزَّن سواء أجابت جوجل أم لا: معرّف القناة واسمها ومعرّفها المختصر ورابط صورتها، ورمزي الوصول والتحديث المشفّرين.
  • أو أزِل التطبيق من حساب جوجل. على security.google.com/settings/security/permissions أزِل هذا التطبيق، فينتهي الوصول فوراً. تكتشف الأداة ذلك في فحصها اليومي التالي، فتحذف الرمزين المخزّنين واسم القناة وصورتها؛ ويبقى معرّف القناة فقط لتطلب منك لوحة التحكم إعادة الربط، إلى أن تفصله من الإعدادات.

أمّا ما لا يصل إليه الحذف: المقاطع المرفوعة موجودة على قناتك في يوتيوب — احذفها من YouTube Studio — وما تحتفظ به جوجل من سجلّات يخضع لسياسة خصوصية جوجل. ويبقى في سجلّ التدقيق لدى الأداة قيدٌ لكل مرة رُبط فيها يوتيوب، فيه معرّف القناة والصلاحيات الممنوحة.

7. بيانات «استوديو الكاروسيل»

هذا القسم لأصحاب الحسابات الذين يستخدمون «استوديو الكاروسيل». فيديوهاتك الكاملة لا تغادر جهازك: «العامل» الذي يعمل عليه لا يرسل إلى Gemini من جوجل إلا معاينة صغيرة منخفضة الدقة من كل درس ليفهرسه. وما يصل إلى الأداة نفسها هو ما يلي، وهذا ما يحدث له:

  • الدروس وملاحظاتها: رقم كل درس وعنوانه وقسمه ومدته، ومسار ملف الفيديو على جهازك، والملاحظات التي كُتبت عنه عند فهرسته. لا يوجد زرّ يحذف درساً، ولا يحذف فحصٌ جديد للمجلد درساً قديماً: تُحذف الدروس وملاحظاتها فقط عند حذف الحساب نفسه.
  • اللقطات وصورها المصغّرة: وصفٌ لما يظهر على الشاشة في لحظات مختارة من كل درس، مع صورة مصغّرة لكل لقطة. تُستبدل لقطات الدرس كلها كلما أُعيدت فهرسته، وتُحذف مع الدرس عند حذف الحساب. أمّا الصور المصغّرة القديمة فلا تحذفها إعادة الفهرسة: تبقى محفوظة إلى أن يُحذف الحساب، ما لم يزلها قبل ذلك تنظيف اختياري للملفات القديمة غير المستخدمة إن فعّله المُشغّل.
  • المسودّات وشرائحها: نصّ كل كاروسيل وإعداداته، وشرائحه المُصمَّمة لإنستجرام وتيك توك. حذف المسودّة يحذفها ويحذف شرائحها، إلا ما يستخدمه منشور مجدول، وكلما أُعيد تصميمها حُذفت شرائحها السابقة بالشرط نفسه. ولا يمكن حذف مسودّة بعد جدولتها، لأنها سجلّ ما نُشر؛ فتبقى هي وشرائحها إلى أن يُحذف الحساب.
  • طابور العمل: يحتفظ الاستوديو بكل طلب أرسله إلى «العامل»، وطلب تصميم المسودّة يحمل نسخة من نصّها. لا تُحذف هذه الطلبات مع المسودّة، بل عند حذف الحساب فقط.

وحذف الحساب يعني حذف مساحة العمل نفسها من قاعدة البيانات، ولا يوجد له زرّ: يُنفَّذ يدوياً عند الطلب (القسم 8). وما يصل إلى جوجل — المعاينة التي يرسلها «العامل»، ونصوص الملاحظات واللقطات التي ترسلها الأداة لكتابة كل كاروسيل — يخضع لشروط جوجل، لا لهذه الصفحة.

Deleting your data

If you commented on a post or sent a direct message to an account running AutoReply Pro, you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time and without giving a reason. This page explains how — and also what deletion cannot reach, because half the truth would not help you here.

What is collected, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy. If you are an account owner, section 6 covers removing a TikTok account or YouTube channel you connected, and section 7 covers the Carousel Studio's data.

1. What is stored about you

  • If you commented: your public Instagram username (or your Facebook display name), the comment ID, the post ID, the time of the interaction, and the delivery status. The text of your comment is not kept in the activity log; it stays in the processing queue, deleted 7 days after it has been processed, or kept until it is removed by hand if processing failed.
  • If you sent a direct message: the text of your messages as you wrote them, the text of the replies sent to you, your Meta-scoped account ID, and the verbatim event received from Meta — which is a second copy of your message text.
  • If you connected a TikTok account (account owners only): the account's open_id, display name and avatar URL, the encrypted access and refresh tokens, the videos and photos you scheduled with their captions and post settings, and their publish status. Section 6 explains how to remove it.
  • If you use the Carousel Studio (account owners only): your course lessons as the Studio found them and their notes, the moments picked out of them with their thumbnails, and your carousel drafts and their rendered slides. Section 7 explains what is deleted, and when.

2. How to request deletion

  1. Pick any of three routes: email elamirmansour@outlook.com; reply to the same account that messaged you on Instagram or Facebook and ask for your data to be deleted; or open an issue on the project's public issue tracker.
  2. Include the username you commented or messaged from. It is the only key by which your records can be identified; without it yours cannot be told apart from anyone else's.
  3. You will get a confirmation, and everything relating to you is deleted within 30 days of the request arriving.

The issue tracker is public and readable by anyone. Do not put anything in it you would not want published. If your request involves personal details, email or a direct reply to the account is the better route.

There is no page or button that performs the deletion automatically: the request is carried out by hand against the database. That means it depends on a person, so it is worth getting confirmation that it happened rather than assuming it.

3. What is deleted without asking

  • The verbatim event received from Meta — the second copy of your message text — is erased once it is more than 30 days old, by a sweep that runs once a day.
  • Processing-queue rows that completed successfully — which hold a third copy of the same event — are deleted after 7 days. Rows that failed are kept with no time limit, because they are what gets inspected to find out why.
  • The one-automated-DM-per-day log — your account ID and a timestamp — is deleted after 48 hours.

4. What stays until you ask

The text of your private messages, your conversation thread, and your comment interaction log have no automatic expiry. They are what the account owner reads in their own inbox, and deleting them automatically would erase the conversation for both sides. So if you want them removed, the request in section 2 is the only route.

5. What deletion cannot reach

Deleting our copy does not delete every copy. These are the real limits:

  • Meta (Instagram and Facebook): your comment and your message exist on Instagram or Facebook in the first place. That copy is Meta's and we neither own nor control it. To remove it, delete the comment or the conversation from your own account, or use your Meta account settings.
  • Google: to generate the automated reply, the text of your message was sent to the Gemini API. Google's copy is governed by Google's terms and privacy policy, and we cannot delete it on your behalf. (Your name and account ID are never sent to Google — only message text.)
  • Operational logs: the hosting platform's logs contain usernames and Meta IDs (not message text) and are subject to the platform's own retention period, not ours.
  • Backups: your data may persist in a database backup after it has been deleted from the database itself, until that backup ages out at the hosting provider.

6. Removing your TikTok or YouTube data

This section is for account owners who connected a TikTok account. Unlike the requests in section 2, this deletion is automatic: either route below is enough on its own, and neither needs anyone to act by hand.

  • Disconnect TikTok in Settings. Open Settings in the dashboard and disconnect TikTok. The app asks TikTok to revoke its token, so access is withdrawn at TikTok's end too, and then deletes the stored connection whether or not TikTok answers: the open_id, display name, avatar URL, and the encrypted access and refresh tokens.
  • Or remove the app in TikTok itself. In the TikTok app, remove this app under "Manage app permissions". TikTok then notifies us — its authorization.removed webhook — and that triggers the same deletion of the stored connection.

Once disconnected, nothing more is posted or sent to that TikTok account. Posts you scheduled in the dashboard stay there until you delete them, like your Instagram and Facebook posts. Deleting a post deletes the post alone, not the video or photos it used: those files stay stored with the app until the account itself is deleted (section 7), unless an optional clean-up of old, unused files removes them first, if the operator has switched it on.

What deletion cannot reach: what you already posted is on your TikTok profile, and what was sent to your drafts is in your TikTok inbox. That copy is TikTok's; delete it in TikTok. Whatever records TikTok keeps itself are governed by TikTok's privacy policy. And the app's audit log keeps an entry for each time TikTok was connected, with the account's display name and the scopes granted; the app never deletes from that log.

YouTube

  • Disconnect YouTube in Settings. Open Settings in the dashboard and disconnect YouTube. The app asks Google to revoke its token, so access is withdrawn at Google's end too, and then deletes the stored connection whether or not Google answers: the channel ID, name, handle and picture URL, and the encrypted access and refresh tokens.
  • Or remove the app in your Google Account. At security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, remove this app. Access ends at once. The app finds out at its next daily check, and then deletes the stored tokens and the channel's name and picture; the channel ID stays only so the dashboard can ask you to reconnect, until you disconnect in Settings.

What deletion cannot reach: the Shorts already uploaded are on your YouTube channel — delete them in YouTube Studio — and Google's own records are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. The app's audit log keeps an entry for each time YouTube was connected, with the channel ID and the scopes granted.

7. Carousel Studio data

This section is for account owners who use the Carousel Studio. Your full videos never leave your computer: the worker that runs there sends Google's Gemini only a small, low-resolution preview of each lesson to index it. What reaches the app itself is the following, and this is what happens to it:

  • Lessons and their notes: each lesson's number, title, section and length, the path of its video file on your computer, and the notes written about it when it was indexed. There is no button that deletes a lesson, and a new scan of the folder never deletes an old one: lessons and their notes are deleted only when the account itself is deleted.
  • Moments and their thumbnails: the screenshots the Studio picks out of each lesson — a description of what is on screen at that moment, with a thumbnail of it. A lesson's moments are all replaced whenever it is indexed again, and are deleted with the lesson when the account is deleted. Re-indexing does not delete the old thumbnails, though: they stay stored until the account is deleted, unless an optional clean-up of old, unused files removes them first, if the operator has switched it on.
  • Drafts and their slides: each carousel's text and settings, and its rendered slides for Instagram and TikTok. Deleting a draft deletes it and its slides, except any a scheduled post uses, and rendering it again deletes its previous slides on the same terms. A draft cannot be deleted once it has been scheduled, because it is the record of what was posted, so it and its slides stay until the account is deleted.
  • The work queue: the Studio keeps every request it sent the worker, and a request to render a draft carries a copy of its text. These requests are not deleted with the draft, only when the account is deleted.

Deleting the account means deleting the workspace itself from the database. There is no button for it: it is done by hand, on request (section 8). What reaches Google — the preview the worker sends, and the notes and moment descriptions the app sends to write each carousel — is governed by Google's terms, not by this page.
