هذه الشروط هي الاتفاق بينك وبين الأمير منصور
(ElAmir Mansour)، مُشغّل «أوتوريبلاي برو»، على
استخدامك له. كُتبت لتُقرأ: قصيرة وواضحة، ولا تتناول إلا ما تفعله الخدمة فعلاً.
«أوتوريبلاي برو» أداة صغيرة تُدار بشكل مستقل، لا شركة كبيرة. تتّصل بحساباتك على
إنستجرام وفيسبوك وتيك توك عبر الواجهات البرمجية الرسمية لكل منصّة، ولا تتصرّف في
تلك الحسابات إلا على النحو الموضّح أدناه.
باختصار:
أنت تربط حساباتك أنت، وتبقى مسؤولاً عمّا يُنشر ويُرسَل منها، وتلتزم بقواعد
ميتا وتيك توك، ويمكنك فصل أي حساب في أي وقت. ما نخزّنه وكيف تحذفه في
سياسة الخصوصية وصفحة حذف البيانات.
1. قبول هذه الشروط
بربط حساب بـ«أوتوريبلاي برو» أو باستخدام لوحة التحكم، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط.
إن لم توافق، فلا تربط أي حساب؛ وإن كنت قد ربطته، فافصله (القسم 7). وإن كنت
تستخدم الخدمة نيابةً عن نشاط تجاري، فأنت تؤكّد أنك مخوَّل بقبول هذه الشروط عنه.
2. ما تقدّمه الخدمة
ربط الحسابات: إنستجرام وفيسبوك عبر
Graph API الرسمية من ميتا،
وتيك توك عبر Login Kit
وContent Posting API الرسميتين
من تيك توك.
جدولة المنشورات ونشرها: على إنستجرام وفيسبوك تدخل المنشورات
التي تُعدّها في طابور وتُنشَر قرب الموعد الذي تختاره — يعمل الطابور كل بضع
دقائق، فالنشر ليس بدقّة الدقيقة. وعلى تيك توك يُنشَر الفيديو أو كاروسيل الصور
مباشرةً على حسابك («النشر المباشر»)، أو يُرسَل — إن اخترت ذلك — إلى مسودّاتك في
تيك توك (صندوق الوارد) لتُكمله وتنشره بنفسك من تطبيق تيك توك. ولا تقبل واجهة تيك
توك موعداً للنشر، فيخرج المنشور حين يعمل الطابور بعد الموعد الذي اخترته. وإلى أن
تعتمد تيك توك التطبيق بعد مراجعته، تُنشَر المنشورات المباشرة بخصوصية «أنا فقط»،
ولا يقبلها تيك توك إلا وحسابك مضبوط على «خاص».
ردود ورسائل آلية نيابةً عنك: حين يُطابِق تعليقٌ كلمة مفتاحية
حدّدتها، تُرسَل رسالة خاصة إلى كاتبه (وردّ علني على التعليق إن فعّلته)،
ويُسجَّل إعجاب بذلك التعليق؛ كما يُرَدّ على الرسائل الخاصة الواردة إلى حسابك.
الردود على الرسائل الخاصة يكتبها نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي
(Google Gemini)، لا إنسان.
على تيك توك لا تقرأ الأداة شيئاً سوى بيانات ملفك الأساسية، وإعدادات النشر في
حسابك (مثل مَن يُسمح بأن يشاهد منشوراتك)، وحالة المنشورات التي أرسلتها. وقد تتغيّر
ميزات الخدمة أو تُضاف أو تُزال مع الوقت.
3. ربط حساباتك، وما تأذن به
يُربَط إنستجرام وفيسبوك عبر رمز وصول تُصدره ميتا لصفحتك، ويُربَط تيك توك بتسجيل
الدخول في صفحة تيك توك نفسها. في الحالتين لا نطلب كلمة مرور حسابك ولا نخزّنها.
بربط أي حساب، فأنت تأذن لـ«أوتوريبلاي برو» بأن يتصرّف نيابةً عنك
في حدود الأذونات التي منحتها: أن ينشر المنشورات التي تجدولها، ومن ذلك نشرها على
حسابك في تيك توك أو إرسالها إلى مسودّاتك فيه، وأن يرسل الردود والرسائل التي تصفها
إعداداتك. كل ما تُرسله الخدمة يُرسَل باسمك ومن حسابك.
من تيك توك تُطلَب ثلاث صلاحيات، لا غير:
user.info.basic (معرّف
open_id واسمك المعروض وصورتك
الرمزية)، وvideo.upload (إرسال
الفيديوهات والصور إلى مسودّاتك في تيك توك)،
وvideo.publish (نشرها مباشرةً على
حسابك).
وإعدادات كل منشور مباشر على تيك توك بيدك: تختار قبل جدولته مَن يمكنه مشاهدته، وهل
تُسمح التعليقات والثنائي (Duet) والدمج
(Stitch)، وهل هو محتوى تجاري يجب الإفصاح عنه، ولا
يُنشَر إلا بموافقتك الصريحة. أمّا منشورات «استوديو الكاروسيل» فتحمل إعدادات ثابتة:
«أنا فقط» إلى أن تعتمد تيك توك التطبيق و«الجميع» بعد ذلك، والتعليقات مسموحة، ووسم
الترويج لعلامتك التجارية؛ وضغطتك لإرسالها هي تلك الموافقة. وإعدادات المسودّة تختارها
في تيك توك نفسه.
وأنت تؤكّد أن الحسابات التي تربطها مملوكة لك، أو أن مالكها خوّلك بربطها.
4. مسؤولياتك
أنت مسؤول عن:
محتواك: كل منشور ووصف وفيديو وكلمة مفتاحية ونصّ ردّ تضعه في
الخدمة، وكل ردّ يُرسَل من حسابك بناءً على إعداداتك — بما في ذلك الردود التي
يكتبها الذكاء الاصطناعي. الأداة تفعل ما تقوله إعداداتك، فراجعها.
حقوق ما تنشره: الموسيقى واللقطات والصور والعلامات التجارية وكل
ما يتضمّنه.
على تيك توك تحديداً: يسري
تأكيد استخدام الموسيقى
(Music Usage Confirmation) من تيك توك على أي
موسيقى في الفيديوهات التي تنشرها. وإن كان الفيديو يروّج لعلامة تجارية أو منتج
أو خدمة مقابل أي منفعة، فعليك الإفصاح عن ذلك كما تشترط
سياسة المحتوى المدعوم
(Branded Content Policy) من تيك توك، باستخدام
إعداد «الإفصاح عن محتوى تجاري» في إعدادات منشور تيك توك داخل الأداة، أو إعداد
تيك توك نفسه في المسودّة التي تُكملها هناك.
على يوتيوب تحديداً: تستخدم «أوتوريبلاي برو» خدمات واجهة برمجة
يوتيوب (YouTube API Services) لرفع فيديوهاتك إلى
قناة يوتيوب التي تربطها. وبربطك قناة على يوتيوب توافق على الالتزام
بشروط خدمة يوتيوب،
ويخضع تعامل جوجل مع بياناتك
لسياسة خصوصية جوجل.
وما تخزّنه الخدمة من يوتيوب، وكيف تحذفه، في
سياسة الخصوصية.
بيانات دخولك إلى لوحة التحكم: لا تشاركها، وأخبرنا إن ظننت أن
غيرك استخدمها.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم «أوتوريبلاي برو» من أجل:
إرسال رسائل مزعجة: رسائل غير مطلوبة أو متكرّرة أو جماعية، أو ردود لا علاقة لها
بما كتبه الشخص؛
نشر محتوى مضلّل أو إرساله: ادّعاءات كاذبة عن منتجات أو أسعار أو مسابقات، أو
استعجال مصطنع، أو محتوى يوهم بأنه صادر عن شخص أو جهة أخرى؛
مضايقة أي شخص أو تهديده أو خداعه؛
نشر أي محتوى مخالف للقانون أو ينتهك حقوق غيرك؛
التحايل على حدود أي منصّة أو مراجعاتها أو إجراءاتها، أو ربط حساب قيّدته المنصّة
عن النشاط الذي ستستخدم الخدمة فيه؛
العبث بالخدمة نفسها: فحصها بحثاً عن ثغرات، أو إغراقها بالطلبات، أو محاولة
الوصول إلى بيانات مستخدم آخر.
يجوز لنا إيقاف حساب أو فصله إن خالف هذه القواعد، أو إن أبلغتنا منصّة بأنه يخالف
قواعدها.
6. المنصّات الخارجية: بلا ضمان
تعتمد «أوتوريبلاي برو» كلياً على واجهات ميتا وتيك توك البرمجية، وهي خارج
سيطرتنا. قد تتغيّر أو تتباطأ أو تتعطّل أو تشترط مراجعة جديدة أو تسحب الوصول — عن
التطبيق كله أو عن حسابك وحده — في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق لنا. حين يحدث ذلك قد
تتوقّف ميزات عن العمل حتى تُعدَّل الخدمة، وقد لا تعود أبداً.
لذلك لا نَعِد بأن يُنشَر منشور، أو يصل إلى مسودّاتك في تيك توك، أو يُسلَّم
ردّ، في وقت محدّد أو أصلاً. تعرض لوحة التحكم الحالة التي تُبلغ
بها كل منصّة؛ راجعها في كل ما يهمّك.
لا ترتبط «أوتوريبلاي برو» بميتا ولا بتيك توك ولا بجوجل أو يوتيوب، ولا تحظى بتأييد أيٍّ منها أو
رعايته. إنستجرام وفيسبوك وتيك توك ويوتيوب علامات تجارية مملوكة لأصحابها.
7. فصل الحسابات وسحب الإذن
يمكنك إيقاف تصرّف الخدمة نيابةً عنك في أي وقت، دون أن تُبدي سبباً.
تيك توك: افصله من الإعدادات في لوحة التحكم،
فيطلب التطبيق من تيك توك إلغاء وصوله ويحذف الاتصال المخزَّن؛ أو أزِل التطبيق من
«إدارة أذونات التطبيقات» (Manage app permissions)
في تطبيق تيك توك نفسه، فيُلغى الوصول ويُطلِق ذلك الحذف نفسه لدينا.
يوتيوب: افصله من الإعدادات في لوحة التحكم،
فيطلب التطبيق من جوجل إلغاء وصوله ويحذف الاتصال المخزَّن؛ أو أزِل التطبيق من
إعدادات الأمان في حساب جوجل على
security.google.com/settings/security/permissions،
فيُلغى الوصول فوراً، وتُحذف الرموز وبيانات القناة المخزّنة في الفحص اليومي التالي
للخدمة.
إنستجرام وفيسبوك: أزِل التطبيق من «عمليات تكامل الأعمال»
(Business integrations) في إعدادات فيسبوك، فيبطل
رمز الوصول الذي تحتفظ به الخدمة؛ أو اطلب منّا إزالة الحساب عبر طريق التواصل في
القسم 12.
بعد الفصل لا يُنشَر من ذلك الحساب ولا يُرفَع إليه ولا يُرسَل منه أي شيء جديد. ما
نُشر من قبل يبقى على المنصّة حتى تحذفه منها بنفسك.
8. بياناتك
ما تخزّنه الخدمة، ولماذا، وإلى متى، في سياسة الخصوصية.
وطريقة حذفه — بما في ذلك بيانات تيك توك — في
صفحة حذف البيانات. الصفحتان تسريان إلى جانب هذه
الشروط.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا بيانات مَن يراسلونك.
9. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توفّرها»، دون أي ضمانات، في الحدود التي يسمح بها
القانون. لا نضمن أن تعمل دون انقطاع أو أخطاء، ولا أن تبقى متوافقة مع واجهات ميتا أو
تيك توك.
وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية —
كفوات مبيعات أو متابعين أو بيانات، أو تقييد حسابك أو إيقافه — ولا عمّا تفعله أي
منصّة بحسابك، ولا عن محتوى نُشر أو أُرسل بسببك أو بسبب إعداداتك. وحيث لا يمكن
استبعاد المسؤولية، فهي محدودة بما دفعته لنا مقابل الخدمة خلال الاثني عشر شهراً
السابقة للمطالبة.
لا شيء في هذه الشروط يقيّد حقاً لا يجيز القانون تقييده.
10. الدفع والإشعار
الخدمة مُدارة، ولا اشتراك فيها يُدفع من صفحة على الموقع: الفوترة تجري بيننا
مباشرة، وقيمتها وطريقة دفعها ومدة الإشعار قبل إنهائها نتّفق عليها كتابةً قبل أن
تبدأ. وإن اختلف ذلك الاتفاق المكتوب مع هذه الشروط، فالاتفاق المكتوب هو الذي يسري.
11. تغييرات هذه الشروط
إن تغيّرت هذه الشروط، تُحدَّث هذه الصفحة ويتغيّر معها تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاها.
استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد ذلك يعني قبولك النسخة الجديدة؛ وإن لم تقبلها،
فافصل حساباتك (القسم 7).
These terms are the agreement between you and ElAmir Mansour, who operates
AutoReply Pro, for your use of it. They are written to be read: short, plain,
and limited to what the service actually does.
AutoReply Pro is a small, independently run tool, not a large company. It
connects to your Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts through each
platform's official API, and acts on those accounts only in the ways described
below.
The short version:
you connect your own accounts, you stay responsible for what is posted and
sent from them, you follow Meta's and TikTok's rules, and you can disconnect
at any time. What we store and how to delete it is in the
privacy policy and on the
data deletion page.
1. Accepting these terms
By connecting an account to AutoReply Pro or using its dashboard, you agree to
these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect an account; if you already
have, disconnect it (section 7). If you use the service on behalf of a
business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. What the service does
Connects your accounts: Instagram and Facebook through
Meta's official Graph API, and TikTok through
TikTok's official Login Kit and
Content Posting API.
Schedules and publishes posts: on Instagram and Facebook,
the posts you prepare go into a queue and are published around the time
you choose — the queue runs every few minutes, so not to the minute. On
TikTok, a video or photo carousel is posted straight to your account
(Direct Post) or, if you choose, sent to your TikTok drafts (inbox) for you
to finish and post in the TikTok app. TikTok's API takes no publish time, so
it goes out when the queue next runs after the time you chose. Until TikTok
approves the app after its review, direct posts are private (Only me), and
TikTok accepts them only while your account is set to private.
Sends automated replies and messages on your behalf: when
a comment matches a keyword you set, a private message to the person who
wrote it (and a public reply under the comment, if you turn that on), plus
a like on that comment; and replies to direct messages sent to your
account. Direct-message replies are written by an AI model (Google
Gemini), not a person.
On TikTok the service reads nothing except your basic profile, your account's
posting options (such as who your posts may be shown to), and the status of the
posts it sent. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
3. Connecting your accounts, and what you authorise
Instagram and Facebook are connected with an access token Meta issues for
your Page; TikTok is connected by signing in on TikTok's own page. Either way,
we never ask for or store your account password.
By connecting an account, you authorise AutoReply Pro to act on your
behalf within the permissions you granted: to publish the posts you
schedule, including posting them to your TikTok account or sending them to your
TikTok drafts, and to send the replies and messages your settings describe.
Everything the service sends is sent as you, from your account.
From TikTok, three scopes are requested, and no others:
user.info.basic (your open_id,
display name and avatar), video.upload (sending videos
and photos to your TikTok drafts) and video.publish
(posting them straight to your account).
The settings of each direct post to TikTok are yours: before it is scheduled you
choose who can see it, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and whether
it is commercial content that must be disclosed, and it is posted only with your
explicit consent. Carousel Studio posts carry fixed settings instead: Only me
until TikTok approves the app and Everyone after, comments allowed, and labelled
as promoting your own brand; your click to send them is that consent. A draft's
settings are chosen in TikTok itself.
You confirm that the accounts you connect are yours, or that their owner has authorised you to connect them.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Your content: every post, caption, video, keyword and reply
template you put into the service, and every reply sent from your account
because of your settings — including replies an AI model writes. The
service does what your settings say, so check them.
The rights to what you publish: music, footage, images,
trademarks, and anything else in it.
On TikTok specifically: TikTok's
Music Usage Confirmation
applies to any music in the videos you post. And if a video promotes a
brand, product or service in exchange for anything of value, you must
disclose it as TikTok's
Branded Content Policy
requires, using the "Disclose commercial content" setting in the app's TikTok
post settings, or TikTok's own setting for a draft you finish there.
On YouTube specifically: AutoReply Pro uses YouTube API
Services to upload your videos to the YouTube channel you connect. By
connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the
YouTube Terms of Service,
and Google's handling of your data is covered by the
Google Privacy Policy.
What the service stores from YouTube, and how to remove it, is in our
privacy policy.
Your dashboard login: keep it to yourself, and tell us if
you think someone else has used it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use AutoReply Pro to:
send spam: unsolicited, repetitive or bulk messages, or replies that have
nothing to do with what the person wrote;
publish or send misleading content: false claims about products, prices or
giveaways, invented urgency, or content that pretends to come from someone
else;
harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
publish anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
get around a platform's limits, reviews or enforcement, or connect an
account a platform has restricted from the activity you would use the
service for;
interfere with the service itself: probing it for weaknesses, flooding it
with requests, or trying to reach another user's data.
We may pause or disconnect an account that breaks these rules, or that a
platform tells us is breaking theirs.
6. Third-party platforms: no guarantee
AutoReply Pro depends entirely on Meta's and TikTok's APIs, which we do not
control. They can change, slow down, fail, require a new review, or withdraw
access — for the whole app or for your account alone — at any time and without
notice to us. When that happens, features may stop working until the service
is adapted, or may not come back at all.
So we cannot promise that a post will publish, that it will reach your
TikTok drafts, or that a reply will be delivered, at a particular time or at
all. The dashboard shows the status each platform reports back;
check it for anything that matters to you.
AutoReply Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta,
TikTok, Google or YouTube. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube are
trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Disconnecting and revoking access
You can stop the service acting for you at any time, without giving a reason.
TikTok: disconnect it from Settings in the
dashboard, which asks TikTok to revoke the app's access and deletes the stored
connection; or remove the app under "Manage app permissions" in the TikTok
app itself, which revokes access and triggers the same deletion on our
side.
YouTube: disconnect it from Settings in the
dashboard, which asks Google to revoke the app's access and deletes the stored
connection; or remove the app in your Google Account's security settings, at
security.google.com/settings/security/permissions,
which revokes access at once; the stored tokens and channel details are then
deleted at the service's next daily check.
Instagram and Facebook: remove the app from Business
integrations in your Facebook settings, which invalidates the access token
the service holds; or ask us to remove the account, using the contact route
in section 12.
After you disconnect, nothing new is published from, uploaded to, or sent from
that account. What was already published stays on the platform until you
delete it there.
8. Your data
What the service stores, why, and for how long is in the
privacy policy. How to delete it — including your
TikTok data — is on the data deletion page. Both
apply alongside these terms.
We do not sell your data, or the data of the people who message you.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any
kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will run without
interruption or error, or that it will keep working with Meta's or TikTok's
APIs.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential
losses — lost sales, lost followers, lost data, a restricted or suspended
account — nor for anything a platform does to your account, nor for content
that you or your settings caused to be published or sent. Where liability
cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us for the service in the
twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law says cannot be limited.
10. Payment and notice
This is a managed service, with no subscription paid through a page on this
site: billing is arranged directly between us, and the price, how it is paid,
and the notice period for ending it are agreed in writing before the service
starts. Where that written agreement differs from these terms, the written
agreement prevails.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page is updated and the "last updated" date at the
top changes with it. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept
the new version; if you do not, disconnect your accounts (section 7).
